Workshops on Resilience
Sandy Davis is an accomplished designer and facilitator of experiential workshops. He knows how to engage groups as small as 10 individuals, and as large as several hundred. Over the past decade, he has successfully delivered his training programs in public corporations, private companies, non-profits, service organizations, educational institutions, and public venues.
His workshops are always custom-tailored to the interests and needs of the participants. Each workshop is focused on how to tune up your daily self-care structues in order to increase your personal resilience and enhance your capacity to thrive––no matter how stressful your situation.
Sandy's trainings are highly interactive, skill-oriented, and fun. He maintains a focus on your acquiring experiential knowledge (as compared to cognitive knowledge). In other words, he focuses his trainings far less on thinking about taking good care of yourself, and far more on what you have to actually do in order to succeed at this.
Sandy's workshops normally run between two and six hours. (A six hour workshop with breaks and time for lunch takes a full day.) He can deliver his programs either at your own site, or off-site, whichever works best for you.
By offering members of your team, organization, association, or company one of Sandy's workshops, you can afford them a rich opportunity to learn more about how to increase their resilience both as individuals and, simultaneously, as a team. To find out more about sponsoring a customized workshop, please contact Sandy. He would be delighted to co-design a powerful program to meet your specific needs.
