Sandy Davis publishes a free monthly electronic newsletter that focuses on how to set up effective self-care structures and then adhere to them so as to develop and sustain your personal resilience. Entitled ResilienceTips™, each issue includes a feature article, plus various tips and updates about new research findings that pertain to the proven methodology he has developed. Issues are distributed by e-mail normally on or about the 25th of each calendar month.

Free Self-Care Daily Accountability Logs
Sandy also offers free self-care Daily Evidence Logs that you can use to track your ongoing adherence to your chosen self-care structures. Near the end of each month, subscribers receive new logs (as e-mail attachments) updated for the coming month. To receive monthly logs automatically, send an e-mail to logs@resilienceworks.com with "logs" in the subject line. (You can also download these same logs from this site.)
