Private Resilience Coaching



Sandy Davis works with a limited number of clients on a private, on-on-one basis.  If you fall into any one of the categories below, you might want to engage his services to work with you as your personal resilience coach, guide, and trainer.

  • Individuals who are so endlessly busy that they need help figuring out how to start establishing structures to restore their vitality and resilience
  • Individuals who in the past have had difficulty establishing and sustaining desired self-care structures, and who already know that they would derive multiple benefits from investing in ongoing feedback and support, especially at the outset of their journey towards increased personal resilience
  • Individuals who have unique considerations/challenges that might require special attention and/or modifications to the "standard" methodologies that are presented in Sandy's instructional manuals

Normally, Sandy works with private clients over the telephone via interactive sessions scheduled with him in advance and at mutually agreeable times.  Sandy normally requires that new clients start with a minimum of at least three scheduled sessions over a period of 30 days.  Most clients choose to work with Sandy weekly or every other week for a period of three months (and frequently longer).

Sandy is skilled at co-designing customized resilience programs to meet each client's specific self-care needs.

ResilienceWorks requires that private sessions be paid for in advance by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).  Hourly rates vary depending on how many sessions you want to sign up for, and how long each session runs.
